experience in the motor industry and have all been involved in high profile company’s throughout their
lives. They saw the opportunity to offer an excellent service to the motoring public, they have a
vested interest in ensuring that this site contains accurate up-to-date information, competitive
pricing and the best service possible.
Paul Fordham has over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry.
He has owned and operated successful automotive service centres. Paul has been involved in all
levels of motor sport for a period of 20 years. Worked in the operations centre of one of
Australia’s largest retail company’s and was fundamental in the development of this leading website.
Colin James has had extensive technical and management experience in
the plastics, glass. ceramics and surface coating industies. For the last 15 years he was the
Australian General Manager of a large multinational business involved in the manufacture of
products for those applications.
His role in the Buycar business is to assist in the development of a strong customer base,
and provide management support as the operation expands throughout the Australian automotive advertising market.
Steve Burnham also has over 30 years experience in the motor industry and
is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to motor vehicles, he has been involved in the experimental
engineering section of General Motors Holden for many years. He currently supervises a team in Holdens
aftersales dept which is involved with all the vehicles that Holden import into Australia. He is also a
keen motorcyclist , and has a love of motorsport ,classic cars and most things mechanical.
